Ever had one of those days? The kind where everything seems to spiral into chaos for no apparent reason? Maybe your dog chewed up your presentation notes, or you made it all the way to the office before realizing you were rocking mismatched shoes—or, worse, no pants at all. (Not even kidding—these things happen to the best of us.) Just when you think it couldn’t possibly get worse, your boss is fuming because you’re late, and your assistant has completely messed up your meeting schedule.
It sounds like a scene from a comedy movie, doesn’t it? But if you’ve noticed, in real life, events have a way of snowballing. One thing leads to another, testing your patience with every twist and turn. Let’s be real—have you ever had the best thing ever happen to you on a day like this? Probably not.
Why is this spiraling of events so typical and universal that even the big screen adapts it? You might think that the universe is out to get you and that life is unfair, and you’re unlucky. But that’s not the case—nothing is happening to you—you’re creating it.
This is an example of the law of attraction in action. When you fixate on negativity, it’s like tuning into the frequency of it, which attracts more moments that amplify that exact feeling. It’s not bad luck—it’s the energy you’re putting out. Life isn’t just happening; it’s reflecting. Life/the world/universe is not an external system acting upon you, and no, the circumstances that unfold aren’t part of some pre-written plot called destiny, overlooked by a higher power.
Forget your life for a moment—let’s talk about the world. The environment you perceive as objective reality isn’t even that. The “facts” we cling to—the ones we think of as absolute truth—are constructs. Directions? Social agreement. Country borders? Collective imagination. Names? Labels we’ve slapped on things to make sense of it all. Even science, as accurate and objective as it feels, is constantly evolving. Remember when the atom had a “final” model? We’re on number four and counting. How do we know that the current one is completely accurate, and that future technological advancements and discoveries won’t update it?
Let me demolish your sense of reality further by reminding you that out of the entire electromagnetic spectrum, humans see only visible light. Yep, the “reality” you’re perceiving? It’s just a slice of the grand illusion. We can’t even perceive everything that exists within our own planet.
So,everything is bullshit, and no matter how obscene or insane that sounds, we can use it to our advantage. Objectivity is subjectivity, and if objectivity is fluid and the “truth” is often shaped by belief—then you hold the reins to your reality.
YOUNIVERSE- You are the universe.
You can live by design, not damage control. You can create, not conform. Life is an internal system of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, attention, and identity. This creates your stream of consciousness, which determines your experiences.
Your subconscious is the architect of your experience. By reprogramming your beliefs, you’re rewriting the script of your life and fate.
